Founded in 2025 by Michael Erickson, Forward Thinking, LLC was created from a simple belief: growth is possible in every season of life. Through leadership development, coaching, speaking, and DISC consulting, Forward Thinking helps individuals, couples, families, and organizations better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, overcome challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Journey Of Publishing grew from that same mission. It was born from Michael’s desire to share messages of hope and faith with people who feel lonely, lost, discouraged, or uncertain about what comes next. Through honest stories, practical lessons, and meaningful reflection, each publication is designed to remind readers that difficult seasons do not have to define the rest of their lives.

We believe every life is a journey filled with moments of change, growth, loss, discovery, and new beginnings. Although the road may not always look the way we expected, there is still purpose to be found, wisdom to be gained, and hope for what lies ahead.
